Dan Seidman,
Managing Director

Dan Seidman is our Founder and Chief Learning Officer.

His body of work can be found in The Ultimate Guide to Sales Training, a 544-page encyclopedia of best-practices on every piece of the sales process. He has authored four other books.

Dan is an Ekman-certified Behavior Analyst who trains business professionals on reading hidden emotions in the face, giving leaders, sales professionals and HR staff access to information they’ve never before had – what others are thinking and feeling.

Some of Dan’s elite clients include the 300,000-member Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where his training on reading emotions, truth and lie detection has been approved as an emotional intelligence tool; the 40,000-member Association for Talent Development (ATD) where he created the Sales Accelerators training program. He currently trains CEOs in the world’s top advisory network, Vistage.

Dan is a WORLD MASTER’S ATHLETE with three gold medals playing on the U.S. basketball team. Like all elite athletes and sales pros, he hate losing as much as he loves winning.

An authority on reducing electrical energy costs and harmonics which damage equipment and shorten the lifespan of electronics. Senior management executive and consultant engaged in business, technology, and product development and roll-out. For the past decade, Jim has studied the impact of non-linear loads on power quality. Research from multiple sources supports that a passive, inductive, transforming filter can remove the harmonic currents created by these non-linear loads. By removing these deleterious currents, the electric system operates more efficiently. This work, with partner Tim Rosemore, has led to the creation of the Tune electrical filter. The patent for this Power Use Reduction Transformer US 9721720 B2 was Issued Aug 1, 2017. Expanding research into additional solutions and ways to reduce energy consumption/costs and improve power quality has provided additional product development insights. Jim’s years in the technology industry has created relationships that continue to today, with opportunities to explore improving performance while reducing costs of operations.
